I Won a Bet on Radissonbet but They Didn't Pay Me and Reset My Account Balance

I logged into my Radissonbet account and saw I had ₺82 left. I decided to place a bet with it, created my coupon, and it ended up winning. However, instead of crediting the winnings to my account, they didn’t pay out anything—and even worse, they reset my account balance entirely.

When I contacted customer support to ask what was going on, they gave vague and useless responses that didn’t address the issue at all. There was no transparency, no explanation, and absolutely no resolution. On top of that, the casino section never pays out properly either.
