I Lost My Entire Balance Twice on Betgaranti Despite 2FA

I deeply regret ever using Betgaranti. This platform is not only unreliable but also unsafe. On two separate occasions, my account balance was mysteriously reset to ₺0 — without explanation, without warning, and worst of all, without any help from their so-called customer service. I was logging into my account using their two-factor authentication (2FA) system, believing that at least my balance was secure. But I was wrong. The system seemed to revert to normal for a while, only to once again show a balance of ₺0 shortly after.

When I reached out for help, nobody took responsibility. I was met with silence and indifference from customer support. It’s clear they don’t care about their users’ losses or security. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when real money is at stake.

Betgaranti has shown me nothing but poor service, zero accountability, and a total lack of concern for user protection. I strongly urge anyone considering this platform to stay away. Betgaranti must take immediate action to investigate these incidents, restore my lost funds, and improve their customer support and security protocols.
