I Face Quotex Account Deleted Without My Request and $900 Withdrawal Stuck


I have been using the Quotex web platform from Pakistan, and my account was only ever logged in on my personal device. No one else had access to my login credentials. On April 6, 2026, I deposited more than PKR 24,000 into my Quotex account, made several profitable trades, and submitted a withdrawal request of $900. At that time, there was still approximately $210 remaining in my account balance.
After waiting 12 hours to check the withdrawal status, I tried to log back into my account on the web platform, but I encountered an “Error 404” page. Shortly after, on April 7, 2026, at 6:19 PM, I received an email from Quotex stating that my account had been deleted. This was extremely shocking, as my account was only accessed from my device, and I never requested its deletion.
When I contacted Quotex customer support, they claimed that the account was deleted by the account owner, which is completely untrue. I never initiated such a request. To resolve this issue, I resubmitted all my verification documents, including transaction details, but I have not received any response. Meanwhile, my $900 withdrawal remains pending, and approximately $210 is still in the account.
