Quotex Opened Multiple Trades on My Account Without My Permission

I am writing about a serious problem I experienced on my real Quotex account on 2 March 2026 at around 14:24 (Pakistan time). I opened only one trade, but at the same time, the entire balance in my account was used to open several trades at once, which is impossible based on my actions. These extra trades are all visible in my trading history, even though I did not place them. I was trading from my PC when this happened, and as a result, I lost around 9,000 PKR from my balance without my authorization or intention. I contacted Quotex support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response. This situation has caused me financial loss and has made me lose trust in the safety of my account. I request that Quotex urgently investigate these unauthorized multiple trades on my real account and provide a full refund of the approximately 9,000 PKR that was lost due to these trades that I did not open.
