Quotex USDT Deposit Not Credited – Blockchain Confirmed but Missing

I deposited RM41.00 worth of USDT via cryptocurrency into my Quotex account on March 29, 2026. The deposit is recorded as Deposit #115096815, with the transaction time listed as 2026-03-29 09:18:04 / 17:19:25, and it was sent to the address 0x81d8e4bb699bb56a30f27fb474f713812e87de91.

The transaction has been successfully completed on the blockchain with the following hash: 0x5a623e09fbb06a49bde8c07b1adbe6552d550ff1b644ff1a6c8eebf8900ad60e. Despite this confirmation on the blockchain, the funds have not been credited to my Quotex trading balance associated with the email address Trade90***@gmail.com.

On the same day, March 29, 2026, I contacted Quotex support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.

I request that my USDT deposit be promptly located and credited to my Quotex account. If this is not possible, I ask that the funds be refunded to the original wallet without any deductions. I also expect a clear explanation as to why a confirmed blockchain transaction has not been reflected in my account balance and why there has been no response from support since my initial inquiry.
