Quotex Failed My Binance Pay Deposit But Took The Money
On 07/05/2026 at 19:55:27, I deposited 950 USD into my account on qxbroker.com (Quotex), account ID 87107*** using the crypto Binance Pay method. After completing the payment, the platform showed the deposit as “failed,” even though the amount was taken from my side. Because of this, I immediately opened a support ticket to ask what was happening with my money. In their response, support informed me that the deposit was being processed by the “financial operator,” but since then nothing has changed on my account, and the money has still not been credited. I am extremely angry that such a large amount is stuck in this unclear “processing” status while my account continues to show a failed deposit, and I receive no clear resolution. I demand that my 950 USD deposit be urgently credited to my Quotex account without any further delay, or that you provide an immediate and verifiable solution so I can use the funds I have already paid. I expect a clear explanation and a fast response, because this situation is unacceptable.
