My Withdrawal Marked Successful but Money Never Reached Bank Account

I am a user of Quatex and I am writing regarding a serious problem with a withdrawal from my Quatex trading account that has still not been received in my bank account. On 05/05/2026 at 23:32:28, I requested a withdrawal from my Quatex trading account to my Bank of Baroda, Salem branch account. The withdrawal details are as follows: Withdrawal ID / Number 40740667*** and amount 14,900 INR. During this withdrawal request, I mistakenly entered only 14 digits of my bank account number instead of the correct 15 digits. Despite this mistake, my Quatex trading account now shows the status as if the amount has been successfully credited to my bank account, but the money has not been received in my Bank of Baroda account. I contacted Quatex support about this issue and created support ticket number 19066565, explaining that the account number was entered with 14 digits instead of 15. However, the problem has still not been resolved and I remain without the withdrawn funds. I kindly request that you urgently trace this transaction, correct the wrong account number issue if possible, and either credit the 14,900 INR to my correct Bank of Baroda Salem branch account or return the amount back to my Quatex trading account. I expect clear written confirmation of what has happened to this withdrawal and when I will receive my money.
