Withdrawal Issue From Quotex
I am filing a complaint regarding a withdrawal from my Quotex account that is showing as “Success” on the platform but has not been credited to my bank account. I hold Quotex Account ID 86940*** and on 08/05/2026 I made a withdrawal via Net Banking with Transaction ID 40740735392. On my Quotex dashboard, this withdrawal appears with the status “Success”. However, the funds have not been received in my Punjab National Bank account in India, and my bank confirms that there is no record of this transaction. I have not been provided with any UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number for this withdrawal, and without the UTR my bank is unable to trace or verify the payment. I have tried to reach Quotex support, but so far I have not received any response, while the funds are still missing despite the successful status shown on your side. I request that you urgently provide the correct UTR number for this transaction so that I can follow up with my bank. If the payment gateway has failed to transfer the funds, I ask that you immediately return the withdrawn amount to my Quotex trading balance so that I can make a new withdrawal using an alternative method. I am sharing this complaint publicly to ensure transparency and to receive a clear resolution instead of generic replies such as “please wait”. I expect a prompt and concrete response with the actual transaction reference details and a clear explanation of the status of my funds.
