QCY H3 Wireless Headphones Suffer From Automatic Mode Toggling and Firmware Bugs

I purchased a pair of QCY H3 headphones through Hepsiburada. Even though the product is brand new, for approximately the past three weeks, the headphones have been spontaneously toggling audio modes and ANC settings on their own, as well as skipping songs without me touching them at all. Despite the product suffering no physical impacts or misuse on my end, this issue recurs constantly and completely ruins the user experience.

Encountering such a defect in such a short period—before the second installment payment has even come due—has severely shaken my trust. I suspect this is a software- or firmware-related fault and demand that this bug be rectified, requesting that the headphones be repaired or, if repair is not possible, that a full return and refund be provided.
