I Ordered 2 QCY Earbuds But Got No Update or Support Since March 5
I placed an order for two QCY earbuds on March 5, 2025, and since then, I haven’t received a single update. No confirmation email, no shipping info, no tracking number—absolutely nothing. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times, but no one is answering. It’s like they’ve vanished after taking my money.
I’m incredibly frustrated. I paid expecting a smooth and professional process, but instead I’ve been completely left in the dark. I don’t even know if my order has shipped or if it was processed at all. There’s zero communication, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.
