Qatar Airways' Ticket Price Refund Policy!!

In December, I purchased a ticket to Seoul from Qatar Airways. However, there was an issue with K-ETA while checking in. We were unable to check-in. Before the flight's gates closed, I asked if I could cancel my ticket and if they could assist me with this, and they made me wait. When the gates closed and I missed my flight, I was told that my ticket price would not be refunded. I didn't even ask for a full refund of the ticket price. Because I purchased a round-trip ticket, I was told that my return ticket was destroyed along with my outbound ticket. While I had already been victimized by K-ETA, I was also victimized by airlines. They chose to victimize me despite knowing that the problem was not mine and that they could take the initiative and refund some of my ticket prices. But I will seek my rights through legal means; no one has the right to victimize anyone in this way!
