Qatar Airways Sold My Paid Ticket to Someone Else
I purchased my Qatar Airways ticket well in advance, yet when I arrived at the airport, I was told, "There are no available seats"—how is this even possible? I paid for my seat, and somehow, it was resold to someone else? This is beyond frustrating!
I was left waiting for hours, completely stranded, without a clear resolution. If not for a responsible manager stepping in, I have no idea what would have happened. But what about others who might not be as lucky?
Qatar Airways, this is unacceptable. You have no right to put paying customers through such an ordeal. Overbooking needs to be stopped immediately, and affected passengers should be compensated. Please address this irresponsibility before more travelers suffer the same fate!
