Qatar Airways Canceled My Flight & Extended Layover to 10 Hours
Qatar Airways canceled my flight, and instead of offering a reasonable alternative, they extended my layover from 2 hours to 10 hours. When I tried to change the flight to an earlier date, they refused, saying changes were only possible two days before or after. As a result, I had to accept a later flight with a massively extended layover, causing me to lose my hotel booking with no refund.
To make things worse, there is no real customer support—no one takes responsibility or offers a proper solution. How can Qatar Airways treat its passengers this way? I demand a fair resolution, compensation for the hotel loss, and a reasonable flight alternative.
