I attempted to change the date of my Qatar Airways flight, but somehow ended up selecting the same date and flight again. When I contacted their call center to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I find it unacceptable that a company of this stature cannot address such an easily fixable issue. It reflects poorly on their professionalism. I expect Qatar Airways to refund the $47 charged for this error and improve their customer service processes to prevent similar problems for others.
