Kiwi Canceled Then Reactivated Qatar Airways Ticket

I purchased a Jakarta–Istanbul flight via Kiwi for April 10 at 19:30 with Qatar Airways (Kiwi ref: 765932717, PNR: 7JLBXU). I was later informed by email that my ticket had been canceled, which Kiwi customer service also confirmed. Based on this, I changed my travel plans. Afterward, I received another email stating the ticket was reactivated. When I objected, Kiwi said they would contact Qatar Airways, but later closed the case, stating no refund or change was possible. I had already adjusted my plans due to the confirmed cancellation, yet no support or alternative was offered. I request a full refund and a fair review of this situation.

I cancelled my flight and received cancellation confirmation twice, but Kiwi marked my ticket as reactivated and did not issue a refund. I couldn't use this service at all and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.

After my initial cancellation, a request was submitted, but I was later told that no refund would be issued. This situation has caused me inconvenience, and I am expecting a solution.
