Pyypl Virtual Card Problem

I haven't been able to use my Pyypl virtual card for a whole month. I haven't been able to access the card through the app, so I can't add it to my Apple Pay wallet. I've reached out to customer support several times, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to fix the problem. I've been informed that they're working on it, but it's been a whole month and there hasn't been any progress. I can't make online purchases or use my Pyypl balance because of this problem. I'm really fed up with the " requesting a virtual card is currently unavailable. Please try again" error and was let down by Pyypl's customer
