I have been experiencing a serious balance and promotion issue with my Pusulabet account (username “turkoquz”) for about 4–5 months.
When I use promotion codes, the winnings from those promotions are deleted, and when I deposit money into my account, the system automatically removes that balance and shows my account as being in the negative. According to the information given to me, a special odds coupon I had previously played was mistakenly recorded as a win by the provider, and an amount of approximately $23 was transferred to my account.
After I withdrew that money, they told me it was an error by the provider from last year and that, because of this, my account was now in the negative. They said that if I deposited $23 again, the system would automatically deduct this amount and my account would return to normal. In other words, the platform is trying to reflect its own mistake onto me and turn the user into a debtor.
During this process, I deposited $12 into my account, and this amount was also removed by the system. In addition, my promotional winnings of approximately $46 were deleted piece by piece.
When I contacted live support, they repeated that the problem was provider-based and that the system would delete the amounts once deposited, and they implied that if I did not deposit money, my account could be restricted.
I request that all balance and promotional earnings that were deleted from my account without my consent be returned to my Pusulabet account and that the negative balance created due to the platform’s own error be completely cleared. I expect this unfair practice to be corrected as soon as possible and for my account to be made usable again without any imposed debt.
