Pusulabet Account Blocked And Balance Frozen Without Explanation
Shortly after depositing money into my account on the site pusulabet1013.com, my account was closed without any concrete justification. While I had a balance of approximately ₺5,000 in my account, both my bonuses were removed and a block was placed on my account, allegedly due to the “risk department.” Since 01.12.2025, I have been unable to access my account, use my balance, or withdraw it. While the cancellation of bonuses is a separate matter, I absolutely do not accept that a block has been placed on the balance I deposited myself without a clear and transparent explanation. I request a clear written explanation for why my account was closed, and if there is no violation, that my account be reopened; otherwise, I demand that the approximately ₺5,000 remaining in my account be refunded to me in full and without delay.
