Parimatch Declined UPI Deposits but Money Was Still Deducted
I use the Parimatch website and on 28 May at around 03:02 I deposited 500 rupees two times via UPI. Both transactions were declined on Parimatch, but the money was taken from my bank account and it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I waited 7 business days and kept checking both my bank account and my Parimatch game account, but the total 1000 rupees has not been returned to my bank and has not appeared in my Parimatch account. I also received a call from Parimatch customer support from the number 9016719*** but my problem about these two failed deposits was not resolved. I request that my total 1000 rupees from these two UPI deposits either be refunded to my bank account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the status of these transactions.
