Accidental SuperLive In-App Purchase - Refund Request Ignored
Today I accidentally made an in‑app purchase through the Superlive application on my Android device. I realized immediately that this purchase was made by mistake and I do not wish to use the service or content associated with it. Right after noticing the error, I contacted Superlive support and informed them that the purchase was unintentional and that I would like a full refund. However, I have not received any response from them so far. Since the purchase was made directly inside the Superlive app, I was not provided with any clear order number or transaction ID from them, which makes it difficult for me to track or manage this mistaken purchase. I kindly request that this in‑app purchase be cancelled and that the full amount be refunded as soon as possible. I am ready to share any additional information or screenshots that may be needed to verify the transaction and confirm that it was made by mistake.
