Puma Shoes Wrong Size: Box and Shoe Size Mismatch Refund Request
I bought a pair of Puma shoes today from a Puma store. When I checked the product at home, I realized that the size on the box and the size of the shoes do not match, and I ended up with the wrong size. The label on the box shows one size, while the shoes inside are a different size. Because of this mismatch, I cannot use the shoes and I would like to return them and receive a refund. I am requesting that my refund be processed without any further inconvenience.
