Under Armour Order Canceled, but Refund Not Issued—No Customer Support
I ordered a pair of Under Armour shoes but realized I selected the wrong size. I canceled the order immediately and placed a new one with the correct size. However, despite the cancellation, I never received my refund for the first order.
I have tried multiple times to reach customer service, but no one responds. This is completely unacceptable! I followed the cancellation process correctly, yet my money has not been returned.
If the relevant department does not resolve this issue immediately, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities. Under Armour, process my refund now! Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money after canceling an order!
