Under Armour Refuses Exchange for Unworn, Boxed Shoes Over Time Limit
I've been a customer of Under Armour shoes for years and have always been satisfied with their products. In January 2026, I bought a pair of athletic shoes from the Under Armour store at Akasya AVM. During the purchase, I mistakenly chose a size too big through my own error, but after buying the product, I didn't wear it for a long time, and it sat in its shoe box, unused.
When I recently decided to wear the shoes, I realized the size was too big. Even though the shoes had never been worn and were still in their box, brand new, I called the Akasya AVM store and customer relations and requested an exchange for the same model in a smaller size, or, if possible, for a different pair of shoes. Despite this, I was told, "the window has passed, we can't help," and no flexibility was shown whatsoever.
Despite being a long-standing, loyal customer, I was seriously disappointed that not even the smallest solution was offered for an unworn, boxed shoe that was entirely their own product. Even though I like your products, I cannot accept this kind of approach, which is so far removed from customer satisfaction here in Turkey. I am requesting that my exchange request for this shoe be reconsidered with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach, and that my grievance be resolved.
