Intersport Ships Wrong Shoe Size and Holds $123 Refund for Weeks

I purchased Puma Velocity Nitro 4 X women's white running shoes from the Intersport website under order number 8329442380514247. Although I selected size 38.5 when placing the order, I was sent a size 36 instead. Because the wrong size was delivered, I returned the product on the exact same day.

As confirmed by tracking details, the item arrived back at Intersport on July 29, 2026. However, despite more than 7 business days having passed, my refund of $123 has still not been credited to my account. Because of this incorrect shipment, I was left without shoes for my race, and the extended refund delay has left me financially stranded.

I demand that this incorrect fulfillment and delayed refund be investigated, that my $123 payment be refunded to my account immediately, and that I be formally updated regarding the resolution of my grievance.
