Pull & Bear: Received Used, Dirty Shoe in Order

On March 13, 2024, I ordered a coat, a pair of black shoes, and a pair of white shoes from the Pull & Bear website.
The order was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. When I opened the package, I was pleased to see that the coat and black shoes were in perfect condition. However, when I opened the box containing the white shoes, I was disgusted to find that they were used, dirty, and yellowed.
I am very disappointed and upset by Pull & Bear's lack of quality control. It is unacceptable that they would send a customer a pair of used shoes.
I am requesting that Pull & Bear immediately send me a new pair of white shoes. I would also like an apology for the inconvenience and stress they have caused me.
