Requesting Refund for PUBG Mobile Account Purchase Gone Wrong on Papara

About two to three months ago, I purchased a PUBG Mobile account by making a payment through Papara. Other than the account’s content type, no further details or features of the account were provided at the time of sale. Shortly after the purchase, the account password was changed, and I can no longer log in.

I have not been able to contact the seller, and no solution has been offered. I still have the payment receipt as proof of purchase, but I do not remember the account’s username or ID number. I have been left at a loss in this process and I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid. I expect support and a resolution regarding this matter.
