PUBG Account Sale Issue - Funds Requested Without Payment Received

I recently sold my PUBG account, but after the sale, I was asked to provide money in order to receive my payment. My acc...ount was sold to someone else, yet I have not received any payment. Additionally, my account has now been closed without any explanation. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance
