PUBG Mobile Account Purchase Denied Access, Requesting Refund or Replacement
I purchased a PUBG Mobile account for ₺350, but the password provided is incorrect, and I cannot access the account. This is extremely frustrating as I expected to receive a functional Pro account as promised.
I have reached out for support and am now requesting either a full refund or a replacement account that matches what I originally paid for. Selling faulty accounts is unacceptable, and I will escalate this issue if it remains unresolved.
Please take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. I am waiting for your response and expect my money back or access to a proper Pro account.
