PUBG Mobile Support Refuses Manual Review for Stolen Account With 29 Receipts

My game account in PUBG Mobile, into which I have invested years of hard work and substantial financial expenditures, was stolen, and all my access was taken away. I was playing on a Redmi Note 11 Pro device, and before the account was stolen, it was linked to the email address g***********@gmail.com. I was last able to use the account normally around mid-2025, and I have been completely unable to access my account since that time.

I possess 29 official Google Play receipts for PUBG Mobile purchases totaling approximately 4,000–5,000 TL. Despite this, the support team refuses to perform a manual investigation considering these receipts. When I attempt to log into the game, under the heading "Account Claim", I receive a warning stating that unusual activity has been detected in my environment and that I must make the request from a regularly used device, whereupon I am removed from the game, effectively preventing me from accessing my own account.

I first reached out to customer support about one year ago. I have opened separate support tickets 5–6 times to date through the in-game support section and via email. Every single time, I was brushed off with bot responses or automated template replies. Even though I explained the situation in detail and cited the invoices as proof, I was never informed that a specialist team would manually review my account, and no concrete action was taken.

My demand is very clear: based on my 29 official Google Play receipts, I demand that my account be thoroughly and manually investigated by a specialist team, that all linked connections of the unauthorized person who accessed my account be unlinked, and that my account be restored to me as its rightful owner. I request that this long-standing hardship finally be addressed with due seriousness and that a clear resolution be provided to me.
