Perdijital Fails to Credit 1,200 TL PUBG UC Top-Up After Garanti BBVA Transfer

About two hours ago today, I made a payment of 1,200 TL from my Garanti BBVA account to my Perdijital account to purchase UC for PUBG. Although the payment was deducted from my bank account, no top-up was reflected in my Perdijital account, nor was I provided with an order or transaction number.

Currently, the UC top-up does not appear in my Perdijital account. I am not encountering any extra error warnings or other account-related issues, but I have not received what I paid for. I will also attach the screenshot of the Garanti BBVA account transaction history demonstrating that the payment was completed.

I demand that my payment be investigated and that either my UC be credited to my account as soon as possible or the amount of 1,200 TL be refunded to my account.
