PUBG Mobile Reports Ignored and No Action Taken Against Ambushing Players

In PUBG Mobile, especially on the Erangel and Livik maps, I have been constantly encountering enemy players ambushing in the last four matches, which negatively affects my gaming experience and prevents a fair competitive environment. I have repeatedly reported these players using the in-game reporting system, but I have seen no penalties imposed and have received no feedback. My in-game ID is 5212*****72, and my complaint occurred on August 19, 2025. I have not made any payments in the game and have not contacted customer service regarding this issue. Since no action has been taken against the players I reported, I am left at a disadvantage. I request that the in-game reporting system work more effectively and that such unfair behaviors be prevented.
