PUBG Mobile Account ID 5298****15 Mutes Messages Without Explanation

My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5298****15) has been repeatedly muted without clear justification. The penalty section indicates "1 penalty," but it does not specify the reason. This restriction prevents me from sending messages or using features like flagging.
I have reported this issue multiple times, and while I was assured that assistance would be provided, there has been no resolution. Each time the mute gets lifted after a day, it reactivates as soon as I send a message. This has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my gameplay experience.
I request that PUBG Mobile investigates this matter and resolves it promptly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so I can enjoy the game without unnecessary interruptions.
