The product I ordered has not been loaded into my account for three days. It feels like the site is frozen because I haven’t been able to reach any customer representatives—they simply aren’t there. The site states that delivery is automatic within minutes, yet it has been three days with no update. I have sent multiple emails and messages, but I have not received a single response. If the product is out of stock or there is an issue, they should at least inform me instead of keeping me waiting. This is not how a reliable platform should operate, and I am now questioning the legitimacy of the site. I request compensation for my loss and immediate delivery of my order. After these orders, I placed an order for 2 units of 60 UC, and 120 UC was credited to my account. However, for some reason, the 8100 UC with order number 108434 has not been credited to my account for 7 days. For a solution, either they should credit my order, and if the price has changed, they should credit the amount equivalent to the money, or if that is not possible, they should issue a refund.

1320 UC was loaded into my account from Global Epin, but 8100 UC was not loaded. The UC that was automatically loaded into the account from the UC transfer has still not been loaded into my account.

If they are not going to load 8100 UC into my account, they should refund my money.
