I purchased PUBG UC from the authorized Trendyol seller “Melek Teknoloji” for ₺300, and my order number is 10601762556. I completed the purchase six days ago, but the UC has still not been added to my PUBG account (ID: 5390****43).
After the purchase, I correctly entered my ID through the link provided on the order page. It clearly stated that the UC would be delivered within 72 hours, yet six days have passed and my balance remains unchanged.
I have contacted Trendyol’s support team multiple times, but I haven’t received any response or resolution. My payment was made via Akbank card, and I have both the receipt and invoice as proof of purchase.
I request that the UC I purchased be credited to my account immediately or that the ₺300 payment be fully refunded. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, and I expect an urgent resolution from both Trendyol and the seller.
