I Bought PUBG Mobile UC from Gamelobi But Didn’t Receive It After 3 Days

Hello, I made a purchase through Gamelobi for a PUBG Mobile UC Random pack worth ₺119, but it has been over 3 days, and the status still says “waiting for delivery.” This is completely unacceptable for a digital product that should be delivered instantly or within hours—not days.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I trusted this platform with my money, and now I’m left waiting with nothing delivered and no proper support. I’ve tried to be patient, but it’s getting ridiculous.

Gamelobi, please either deliver the UC to my account immediately or issue a full refund. I will not recommend your service to anyone unless this is resolved quickly.
