PUBG Mobile Account ID Stolen And Recovery Ignored

I have been actively playing PUBG Mobile on my Android Redmi Note 11S device for many years and my account has been stolen. My in‑game account ID is 5226449152. I opened this account in Season 3, the account level is 85 and it has always been active. I even reached Conqueror rank in Season 17. I was logging into the game with both Google and Facebook accounts, and there was also a phone number and e‑mail address linked in game. In 2025, people who entered my account to push rank stole my account. When I tried to log in again, I saw that my login information had been changed and two‑step verification had been activated without my consent. I can no longer access my own account and the e‑mail and phone number linked to my account have been changed by the people who stole it. I had bought UC very frequently on this account and had made serious in‑game purchases, so the account has high financial and moral value for me.
