I’ve been unfairly banned from PUBG with a vague message saying “external device detected.” I honestly have no idea what that even refers to. I don’t use any cheating tools or third-party software, and I play the game completely clean. This is extremely frustrating and disheartening for a loyal player like me.
It feels like PUBG is just throwing out random bans lately. Is this how you treat regular players? Should only those who spend more money be allowed to play freely without fear of being wrongly banned?
