I was playing PUBG Mobile as usual when out of nowhere, I received a ban on my account. The only thing I did was switch from playing on mobile to an emulator, which is something many users do. I didn’t cheat, didn’t use any illegal software, and have never used any third-party tools.
To make things worse, I had just unlocked the “Mascara” item the day before, and now I can’t even access it because of this sudden and unfair ban. PUBG’s system claims I used third-party tools, but that’s completely false. I’ve always played fairly and never violated the game’s rules.
This punishment is unjust and deeply frustrating. I put time, effort, and money into this account, and now it’s blocked for no valid reason.
PUBG Mobile support, please lift the ban on my account. I’ve done nothing wrong, and switching to an emulator should not result in a suspension. I’m asking for a fair review and immediate reinstatement of my account.
