PUBG Mobile Wrongfully Banned My Account Without Explanation

My PUBG Mobile account was banned without my knowledge, and I only discovered it after attempting to log in. I submitted multiple requests to appeal the ban, but all of them were rejected. I have never used cheats, mods, or unauthorized files on my device, yet my account has been unfairly banned.

The ban doesn’t appear to be long-term, but I still cannot access my account. This feels like a deliberate and unjust action against my account, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

I request that the PUBG Mobile team investigate this issue and lift the ban immediately. As a loyal player, I expect fair treatment and an explanation for this situation. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
