Hello PUBG officials, I have applied multiple times regarding my account ban. Why was my account banned, and why can't you understand my situation? I admit that I used cheats while playing on my Redmi K40 device. However, when my device broke, I logged in using my wife's Xiaomi Mi 9T. I was unaware that there were cheat files on that device.
You can review my game videos; you will see that I have never used cheats. It feels unfair that all my hard work is being erased without justification. Please investigate this matter and lift the ban on my account. Are PUBG players putting in effort for nothing? What is the reason for banning accounts without any investigation?
