I Face Unauthorized Access to My PUBG Mobile Account and Need Recovery

Last night, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5575****28) — which is linked to my Google account — was hacked. After logging out of the game, I tried to sign back in using my Google account, but instead of accessing my existing profile, the game prompted me to create a new account. There was no error message or warning, yet my old account has completely disappeared.

My Google account remains active and under my control, but it seems that another Google account has been linked to my PUBG Mobile profile without my authorization. I tried reaching out to the PUBG Mobile support team, but I haven’t been able to get any help so far.

My account also had recent transactions on October 1–2, totaling approximately 5 AZN. The account was registered under the email address s**********@gmail.com**.

I urgently request that my original PUBG Mobile account be recovered and my access restored immediately. Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and ensure that my account is secure and returned to its rightful owner.
