About two and a half years ago, my Gmail account was hacked, and since then I have been completely unable to access it. I have no idea how my account was compromised. I followed all the recovery steps provided by Google, but none of them worked. The recovery email address and phone number were changed by the hacker, so verification codes no longer reach me.
This Gmail account was also linked to my PUBG game account, where I had made several in-game purchases. I never received any warning or suspicious activity alert from Google regarding the unauthorized access. I’ve also tried several alternative recovery methods, but none have been successful.
This was a free Gmail account, and I am now completely locked out of both my Google and linked game accounts. I request that Google take immediate steps to secure my account and restore my access.
