PUBG Mobile Created a New Account on My Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Instead of Logging In

I play PUBG Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, and two days ago, when I tried to log into the game, I encountered a serious problem. At the login screen, I attempted to sign back in with my Google account. Instead of accessing my existing account, however, the system created a brand-new account, leaving me completely locked out of my original profile.

My old username was “a*”**, and that account was fully linked to my Google account. I normally played and logged in from Istanbul, and I had built up significant progress and earned various in-game items. This same issue happened to me once before, but at that time I was able to log back in. Unfortunately, this time I cannot recover my original account at all.

I have not made any in-game purchases on this account yet, and I have not contacted PUBG Mobile support so far. However, I am extremely disappointed that I could lose all of my progress and content because of a login error.

I request urgent assistance to regain access to my original PUBG Mobile account and recover all of my progress and items.
