I Can't Get My PUBG Account Back For Years - Please Help!

My PUBG Mobile account, which I created in 2018–2019, was stolen in May or June 2021 by someone very close to me. At that time, I was using a Samsung J7 Pro, and now I use a Samsung A31. I managed to regain access to the account, but I am now listed as a guest because the person who stole it added their own email, enabled double verification, and removed my Facebook and X logins. So now I appear as the intruder, even though I am not. I can prove the locations, my first nickname, and the other nicknames I used. After the incident, I only managed to recover the Facebook and X accounts, but that person kept full control over the email address and all security settings. I still have my 2021 Google Play Unknown Cash receipts, as well as some receipts from 2019, proving the account belongs to me. Last night, on 20 Nov 2025, I reinstalled the game and could only log in through the Facebook account I recovered. The account still contains someone else’s email, and because of double verification, all transaction codes go to that person. I cannot take any action or fully recover my account. I have emailed customer service many times, contacted in-app support, and filed complaints on multiple platforms, but Tencent Games never responded back then. I still do not have full security or control over my own account. I haven’t been able to play PUBG for years, and the issue is still unresolved. I request that my account be fully returned to me, my email restored, double verification removed, and all security settings reset. I can provide Google Play receipts and screenshots as proof of ownership. I want this issue resolved.
