PUBG Mobile Took 11,590₺ from My Card Without My Consent or Any SMS Verification

Between April 10 and April 20, 2025, a total of 11,590₺ was withdrawn from my card by PUBG Mobile—even though I don’t even have the game installed on my phone. I’ve never made a single purchase, I’m not subscribed to anything, and most shockingly, these transactions were processed without 3D Secure verification or any SMS confirmation.

These charges are absolutely unauthorized. I did not approve any of these payments. I checked my transaction history and found multiple deductions, including a few more beyond the ones I already reported. I have receipts and proof, and I’m ready to file a formal complaint if this isn’t resolved quickly.

How can a game I don’t even use access my card and process payments without my approval? This is a serious breach of financial security, and it’s completely unacceptable.
