Protherm Boiler Repair Service Fee Hefty

We're expected to pay for repairing our Protherm boiler, cover the cost of materials, pay for labor, and on top of all that, shell out an additional ₺800 for a service fee. How is this any different from the unfair practices we see in restaurants?

We need to start calling out these unfair practices by such firms on Twitter. What's the deal with ₺800? It's not ₺200 or ₺300. They're demanding ₺800 just to look at their own brand's product in the heart of Istanbul.
