Arçelik Wants More to Repair My CM 6964 Resital Tea Maker Than I Paid for It

I bought the CM 6964 Resital Tea Maker from Arçelik 2 years ago, and it broke down recently, so I took it to the service center. They charged me ₺300 just for diagnosing the issue. Two days later, they called me and asked for ₺2,500 for the repair. I said I would not proceed with the repair and took the product back. I originally purchased this tea maker for ₺1,500 exactly 2 years ago. Since it broke down after 25 months, I found out that the 2-year warranty had expired. I ask Arçelik: How can a tea maker bought for ₺1,500 two years ago cost ₺2,500 to repair? I believe Arçelik is making the already challenging conditions in Turkey even more difficult.

I do not think that the Arçelik company meets ISO standards in any way. Does writing a response here to provide feedback solve the problem? I also called Arçelik, and they said there is nothing we can do. I can only leave you to God.
