Profilo Brand is Regret. I'm feeling super confident about this. The washing machine has been leaving gray stains on all our clothes since we got it. It's kinda funny how a brand that says they're great at getting rid of stains actually ends up making them worse. And on top of that, their customer service and service centers won't even admit there's a problem. They just tell you to do some washing tests and won't take the blame. I gotta say, picking Profilo was a total letdown.these ugly gray marks have just doubled my workload, I have to deal with all of the clothes now...it certainly defeats the purpose of having a supposed "stain expert" appliance. what about starting calling yourself the brand of better stains??
