I recently purchased an air conditioner from the brand Profilo, but it has been faulty since day one, and I haven’t been able to use it at all. When I contacted them, they said they wanted to repair the product and return it to me. However, I bought a brand-new item, not a second-hand one. I’m requesting a replacement, not a repair. Despite this, they insist on fixing it and giving it back. I deeply regret choosing the Profilo brand. Receiving a repaired product instead of the brand-new one I paid for is both financially and emotionally upsetting. I am very disappointed with Profilo and demand that my product be replaced—I do not accept a repair.

Problematic product. Profilo? Never again will I choose this brand. I regret it and do not recommend it. Since the day I bought it brand new, I have not received any service from the product. The service came three times, and the result? My product is problematic. They are going to repair and return the brand new product I bought. I didn't buy second-hand, I bought it new after all. If you don't want to experience problems in every way, I absolutely do not recommend it. I am very, very regretful.

You have victimized me both financially and emotionally for the past 7-8 months. Either refund my money according to today’s conditions or replace your defective product, but please do not send me a faulty, problematic air conditioner. You have wronged me in every way; after all, you did not give it for free, you took the money, and I am only asking for what is rightfully mine. What about the emotional distress I have suffered? I will not give up on my case until the end. I did not expect this from Profilo. This is the first time I bought Profilo in my life, and look at the situation I am in. Please, either replace it or refund my money. When I say replace, do not send me a problematic product that will cause issues today or tomorrow. Please, we all earn our money under difficult conditions and we want the service we deserve.

Yesterday they called from the center, I explained the situation, I said there is a risky and heavy gas leak and that this is dangerous for our health. I said that in case of any heat or fire, the gas leak poses a life-threatening risk. In response, they said this could happen to anyone, there is a risk in everything. I said, do you care so little about human life? I'm disappointed, I want a refund immediately given today's circumstances.

What is the result? The product I received as defective will be repaired and sent back to me. It's a shame, I really regret choosing Profilo. Never again, ever.
