Profilo fridge we bought is a total nightmare. Even after several service visits, they still haven't figured out how to fix our problem. Our veggies and fruits go bad super quick, like within 2-3 days, and it's so annoying and gross, the burden of constant cleaning is even worse than that, we really need your help to either replace or exchange this faulty unit. If they don't fix the problem or give me a new fridge, I'll have to do something extreme. I am prepared to publicly display my frustration by taking the faulty appliance to the Profilo store, dousing it in gasoline, and setting it ablaze. This is not an idle threat; it is the culmination of my desperation as a consumer who has been left with no resolution in sight.
